The Miro

Passion time, deep reds and purples. Flowers include roses, tulips, orchids, peonies, calla lily, and lilac. Pricing begins at $100.00(before delivery and NYC sales tax). We have flowers shipped in daily, so variety will vary. Every attempt will be made to create The Miro as pictured (original pic taken March 2008). We are proud to report that each one sent out ends up looking very similar to the one pictured.

Mixed white arrangement stands 12" high (including vase) and sells for $100.00. Daily delivery of fresh flowers means means we are constantly rotating our stock. Ask one of our designers what is fresh the day you call. Arrangement pictured includes roses, peonies, phlox, love in the mist and other seasonal blooms.

The rose pictured is called "Judy". A lovely full peachy/yellow color with a sweet "musky" scent. The real magic is how it opens, check out the three blooms in the bud vase in the foreground. Those are Judy's fully open after five days — spectacular. If we don't have this particular rose, we will have something just as magnificent.

Horse topiary

Each "topiary" created at the shop is designed and shaped according to the client's needs. The topiary pictured is a replica of an image of a horse taken from the cover of a dance program that a client brought to us. He had attended the recital with his girlfriend. He wanted the topiary as a gift to give her on the night he proposed.

"whites"

This image and the three following are not traditional arrangements at all. I created them to help guide our customers in choosing an appropriate "color" theme for their gift arrangements. Obviously the combinations of colors and textures of flowers is limitless. I together four examples of the most popular asked for color combinations, "whites" "deep reds" "colorful" and "pastel". These are intended only as guidelines and to help establish a "flower" dialogue between our customers and the designers at the shop. Let us design and customize a special arrangement for you.

"whites" is extremely popular with the fashion world, it is perfect for corporate gift giving and just about any other occasion.

"Reds"

A mixture of deep reds speaks "romance" and is also perfect for sending to "guys", it comes across as less "frilly" than "pastels"

It is also extremely beautiful to view all these amazing shades of reds and deep purples mixed together.

"Colorful"

"colorful" is perfect for "happy and "festive" occasions, along with not so happy occasions (lifting some ones spirits). "Colorful" is also perfect when a real "out of the garden" look is desired.

"Pastels"

Sometimes a "softer" look is desired, this is when "pastels" are perfect, also great for celebrating a new birth, friendship, some ones first day at a new job...
